I understand that by signing this release form, I am assigning to Crossroads Programs, Inc. any copyright rights that I may hold in this material, and that Crossroads Programs, Inc. I warrant that the use of this material by Crossroads Programs, Inc. and its assignees and licensees will not violate the rights of any other person or entity.

I also grant to Crossroads Programs, Inc. and its assignees and licensees my absolute and irrevocable consent for any photograph(s) provided by me or taken of me to be used, published, and copied by Crossroads Programs, Inc. and its assignees and licensees in any medium.

I release Crossroads Programs, Inc. and its assignees and licensees from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the recordings, documents, and artifacts provided by me, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
