    Raising Today's Teens is a national helpline for parents raising teens. Trained parent counselors are available to provide problem solving techniques and communication solutions to parents, to help strengthen parenting skills. When you want information on adolescent behavior, ways to deal with your teen before things escalate into a crisis or you're just having a difficult day, give their parent counselors a call at 1 800-475-TALK. They are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Counselors are also available via online chat and email.
