  • History & Service Overview:
    Originally part of Crossroads' youth shelter program, Cinnaminson House provides transtional living services for up to 12 youth. The program provides positive behavioral alternatives, helping youth maximize their potential to successfully transition to the next stage of their life.

  • Program Goal:
    The goal is assist the Division of Youth & Family Services in transitioning youth from the child protection system to independent living.

  • Target Population:
    The program serves male and female youth (ages 16 – 21) who need to transition to independent living. Referrals are accepted from the Division of Youth and Family Services.

  • Services:
    - Housing, food, clothing and 24 hour supervision
    - Life skills training activities
    -Case Management, including advocacy and referral services
    - Access to medical and behavioral health services
    - Access to educational services
    - Recreational activities
    - Individual and group supportive counseling
